Virtual consultations are now available for individuals and families interested in establishing care when the practice opens.

This initial conversation is designed to determine whether Direct Primary Care aligns with your needs.

There is no pressure and no obligation — only clarity.

What This Consultation Includes

• Overview of how Direct Primary Care works
• Discussion of your health priorities
• Review of membership structure and pricing
• Opportunity to ask questions
• Determination of fit

The conversation lasts approximately 15–20 minutes and is conducted via phone

After the Consultation

If membership feels aligned, enrollment details will be provided and your initial in-person visit will be scheduled beginning June 1.

If it does not feel aligned, you leave with clarity — not pressure.
